If you have purchased one of my templates and using it on Leadpages.net, please follow these basic troubleshooting steps as the majority of the support issues are actually not template related problems, but more of browser or leadpages editor issues.
Please follow these steps to determine if it is in fact an editor issue.
Step 1: If you are in the Leadpages editor please save and back out of your template completely. Refresh your browser and open your template again and make sure it loads properly. See if the problem still exists.
Step 2: If Step 1 didn’t work, back out again and try opening your template in another browser like chrome if you are using firefox or vice versa. Never use Internet Explorer and that browser is broken and beyond help.
Step 3: If both of those didnt fix the issue, please browse or search the general or templates sections as you’re issue may already be answered. If its a template feature that you do not know how to use. You answer and a link to the tutorial will be in the template section most likely.
